avalon security locked up

I've got a 95 avalon with security problems. Wife locked baby in and fireman unlocked with a slim jim. As soon as he hit the lock button on the rear passenger door the alarm went off. Haven't been able to crank it or work the automatic doors or trunk. Any help would be appreciated.
