I went to the search and found nothing relating to my problems.

I have a 95 blazer 4 dr 4x4. It has 130K on it. I just bought it about a month ago. Any help is greatly appreciated because we can't seem to figure it out.

1. I was driving home from work and went to brake. The brake pedal went straight to the floor. I pulled over and the brake fluid was full. I pumped it up a few times they got hard started the truck with my foot on the brake and it sent it to the floor. I replaced the master cylinder and brake booster. I can't find any vacuum leaks. Today I replaced the pads and rotors and it is still doing the same thing. Any suggestions?

2. When I put the truck into reverse and give it gas the trans clunks. If you back up on flat ground and dont give it a lot of gas, its fine. If you go up hills it clunks really bad.

3. I was driving to TN for a little R & R. It was raining put the headlights on. I hit the door lock button and there was a clicking from the side fuse. The headlights were flashing on and off. It was the silver fuse(can't remember what it is called. If you are looking at the fuse display it is the silver one on the right side) and it was hot as hell when I took it out. It would not let me operate the locks and seats. I put it in a few times and it just keeps clicking. I replaced it with a new one and it still does it. So now I have it out and can't operate the seats or the locks.

Any help is greatly appreciated. This is my first chevy. Never thought I would own one but I like it a LOT better than an explorer. :banghead: Once again THANKS IN ADVANCE.

I have a 92 and have the headlight problem minus the fuse and also the brake problem. i suggest you send GMMerlin a private message, as he is more than qualified to give some advice for fixes for these problems.

I have the problem with the clicking sound in my 2000 blazer. it is a short in the steering column multi function switch, where the turn signal is attached. replace the switch

First: Concerning your brake problem, the reason the pedal is going to the floor is fluid is bypassing seals someplace internally. The most common cause is the master cylinder (which you already replaced). The only other place I've seen this happen is the ABS Modulator Valve Assembly. GM says that this is impossible but I've seen two like this. If your sure that the master cylinder and brake system are bleed properly, that's where I would lean.

Second: The clunking noise could be coming from the universal joints or transmission or crossmember mounts.

Third: The silver fuse is called a Circuit Breaker. It's basically a fuse that resets itself. The reason that it got hot is that there is a short somewhere in the system. 1995 is a wonderful year for electrical shorts. There is a connector directly under the seat, you might want to disconnect that first and see if the short goes away. If it does, great, you know the short is in the seat. If not, you will have to start tracing the circuit through the truck. I have seen that circuit pinched by the seat under the carpeting and in the harness going to the door.

Yeah the seat harness under the drivers feet is notorious for going bad... Mine went bad but it didn't short.

My cure for that was to just get these nice, thick rubber mats for the front floor pans. Distributes the force of your feet resting on stuff a bit better than just plain old carpeting. *snicker* Luckily I have biiiiiiig feet, so this is not a terrible problem - but a friend of mine pinched and rubbed the stuffing out of his truck's under-seat harness over the years. No mats, small feet.
