that is sooo weird, i just saw that movie about 6min. ago. my roommate bought it the other day, and i just got around to it. that movie was great.

ya i dont get why people think watching disney movies is all that bad, they think I look like a little 5-year old kid watching the Lion King or something, and that movie was awesome... Finding Nemo was great, I missed the first ten minutes in the theatre though. Koo Koo Kachoo man!

i saw it thursday night... it was really surprising for me. i expected singing and shit like that. i'd definitely watch it again (but maybe not 4 times :screwy: )

some people in the movie are aussie, the crab at the end for instance, is Rove McManus' voice.
Rove is a SNL type of guy.

Word! A lot of people are anti-Disney for whatever reason. But the movies they release are entertaining, be it Disney or Pixar.

Another ya'll should check out is The Emperor's New Groove. :cool: Let's just say, I thought the movie was stupid until I saw it. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. :biggrin: It's absolutely hilarious! :rofl:

There was a debate on another thread with some Aussies who thought the birds said 'MATE! MATE! MATE!' :rofl: The subtitles said otherwise. ;)

just got given a copy.Will watch it one evening soon when the kids are asleep.Shrewd marketing by Disney means that there's always something in it for the adults who have to sit through it with their kids.

After that movie came out alot of kids started flushing their fish down the toilet to "free them", so the news media did a little thing on it and said "don't flush them down the toilet because they will get diced up and purified", how nice. :naughty:

i saw MOST of it tonight...although i had to leave for home just when it was getting good (Nemo was just starting the escape plan from the fish-tank with his friends). i was pleasently surprised by it. it's hilarious! Ellen Degeneres does an awesome job as Dory. when i heard it was her doing it, i thought she would be annoying as hell, but on quite the contrary, Dory was the funniest character (although i still have yet to see the whole thing). it's a great movie so far, and i'll have to finish watching it one night this week.

Personally, I think Scrat is the greatest disney/pixar character ever...or the snowman from the little blurb at the beginning of Finding Nemo...I can symapthize with both of them- They only want one simple little thing...but they can't have them, and more often then not, they only get hurt...:(

I hear ya, I haven't seen it yet but I bought it for my gf cause she loves it. We are suppose to watch it together but who knows when that will be?

We watched Monsters Inc and we noticed that Nemo was in one of the scenes of that movie.

If I worked at Disney, I woulda had the perfect little "outtake" featuring those show stealing seagulls. Picture them all sitting on a rock after the credits..."MINE?"MINE?"MINE?" the camera slides to the left, revealing a lone seagull wearing a morterboard and working a complex equation on a chalkboard. all the other seagulls stop saying "mine" and look at him...he gives an annoyed glance to the right...and looks back to the chalkboard quickly, trying to ignore the others. however, they get to him and finally, he turns to them, and does a perfect imitation of them "MINE?" with a heavy sigh to signify he didn't want to do it in the first place. Satisfied, all the other seagulls go back to their normal routine. MINE? MINE?

Saw Ice Age again today... gotta say it gets funnier every time I see it. Scrat (half squirrel half rat) that is seen throughout the movie trying to stash his acorn for the freeze, he is the funniest ever. also when diego the sabertooth gets done riding the ice slide in the shortcut hes like "yeah alright! that was awesome!" its just hillarious

I'm going to buy it tonight. Favorite joke was when the fish start stating where the dentist got them & the pink whatever said "Ebay".
However, I still think Monsters Inc was better.
