If I wanted to mod a standard 96 Eclipse maybe add a turbo, keep in mind i only have 3k for mods, what would be best way to go for the quickest and most powerful car??

Sell your car and use your $3000 to get a gst or gsx. Better stock and response to mods for the future.

Didn't know you had a gst so forget that. Get an intercooler, CUSTOM exhaust, and maybe a bigger turbo if you have leftover pocket change.

for gst, get a 3' downpipe and exhaust, intake, fmic, bov, 255lb fuel pump, greedy profc-b and a s-afc to tune everyting, boost aobut 16psi and make close to 300hp..
