2003 Tires and Exhaust

I have a 2003 V6 Sport and was wondering if any one has any info on oversized tires. I am considering the:

size:265/70/17

-Yokohama Geolandar A/T Plus II
-BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO
-Pirelli Scorpion A/T

Also, what do people think of the Borla Exhast system and our their any other exhaust systems on the market for the 2003 V6 4runner(that won't void your warranty)? I can get the borla for $740.99. thanks

I have been happy with my 18" Enkei alloy wheels, with Kumho "Ecstac STX" tires.

Also, I've seen others post Borla exhaust for as low as $600. Just an FYI...
