This 94 surburban has the dual climate controls (front & rear). I replaced the main heater core about a month ago, and would like to replace the other one if I know where it is.

found it for ya buddy!
while i was under my burb for a lengthy amount of time changing my fuel pump, i got a good look at the underside of mine. (mine was surprisingly really clean) look at the passenger side by the gas tank, almost back by the bumper. there are four hoses shooting up into the body. my guess is one set is for the heater, the otehr set is for the AC. it looks like they can be accessed from inside the burb. open the very back doors, and try to figure out how to get inside the panel that will be to your right. (the one opposite the spare tire, which that side has all your jack equipment in it) good luck with it all. check a chiltons or haynes manual, you may find some info in there too

Thanks for the info.. I kinda figured it was back there. I'll have a look into it the next time I get a day off.

You said you replaced the front heater core...could you tell me what you had to do to get to it? It looks like a real pain. Does the dash have to come out, including the steering column?
Thanks,
Les

Actually it's pretty simple to get too. Just remove the floor vent and the heater core sits in the big box to the right of that vent. I couldnt get one screw out, but it was enough to open the box up enough to get the core out. Hard part was the squeeze clamps on the heater hoses. I just cut the lines off the core and pulled the rest out from the firewall.
