Block heater/heating element

Does anybody know how to install a block heater/heating element into a 95 Eclipse Non-Turbo (as of yet)?

I purchased it from Florida and now I am in Canada where it snows... ! argh.

Not sure about the installation, but I wanted to add that when I had my auto start installed, the shop said it would be fine without a block heater for morning start-ups. (in Alaska) Just wondering if anyone disagrees and thinks that a block heater is necessary or beneficial in cold weather. :)

i think it would be better to have it. dont want frozen oil...
