rear running lights

I have no rear running lights. the front ones work fine. the fuses are all good and the bulbs are good aswell. I can't figure this out. any trouble shooting tips would be greatly appreciated.

My 93 Ranger had same problem. But all of sudden after couple of weeks they started working again. Beats me.
