i bought an air/fuel ratio gauge electric and i hooked up to my front o2 sensor under the manifold into the white wire coming out of the o2 sensor... i notice there are 2 black wires and a blue and white coming out of that o2 sensor so i got a diagram and it said the white wite is the o2 sensor signal wire.. but i have a problem - the air/fuel ratio gauge just stays in one spot on lean and doesnt move to neutral or rich just stays right on lean.. can someone help me?

Your best bet is to hook it up at the ECU, not the sensor. The colors change at the plug. So go to the vfaq site and get the pin number. Its also very important to use the ECU ground. The AF guages are shady as it is, and using a non-ecu ground will make it way off.

could you tell me where the ecu is located in the 2000 eclipse gs?

Hmm. I mistakenly assumed you had a 1g/2g. I have no idea where it is in the 3gs.
