Removing primer?

Yeh gg. Was just primering my rx7 and just about finished (with a good result considering a first) when suddenly this huge gust of wind came and blew all the newspaper in my face. unfortunately also one hit the car, wiping paint all over it. So then I tried to fix up the back and now the paint there is too thick and I'll probably have to do it again.
Does CSC also work for primer? If not, whats the best way to remove primer?? And next time I'll do it in the fkn garage... piece of shit

One way dude: sand slightly all the car to have a smooth body & repaint with a new coat of primer. In any event, you must always put 2 of more coats of primer before painting (I do that...) so....

I've had mixed results with both CSC and brake fluid in removing Tamiya primer. Sometimes it comes right off, sometimes not... :dunno:

At least you know it won't hurt to try. You'll end up sanding the last bits down anyway...

thanks guys

yeh, i would sand it but there has been paint accumulation in little grooves and inside the rear lights on the bumper... i might just get some csc and leave it in there for a week or so... hopefully that will fix it :iceslolan

hey, at least the engine looks good, lol.
