TCS...Good or Bad

Hey, I just wanted to start a thread about TCS so we can all gain a lil something maybe. My personal opinion is the TCS is ok for around town. But when you race especially when you are at the track, turn it off. Believe me your times will drop by like 2-3 tenths once you learn how to take off correctly. My friend has an 02 TA and he would always race with TCS on. We tried to tell him but he would never listen. He would always run a 13.4 or so. Finally he listened to us took it off and was messing around with his take off's and what do you know, ran a 13.16 or something like that. So IMO, TCS is a big no no when u r doing your 1/4 miles. What it does, is basiclly tell the computer even though you got your foot to the floor the computer is taking gas away from your engine until traction is regained then will give the throttle control back to you. Just wanted to see how you guys felt about TCS in general.

TCS Racing = Bad
TCS everyday driving = Good
