Problems after 200k

ok, so i got this park ave a couple weeks ago for cheap, everything worked fine except that the engine light was on. i pulled the codes and got all of them to go away except for number 41. but i see that other people have thet problem also. My car the day it hit 200k, all of a sudden the radio and electronic climate controll both go out at the same time. then two days later the horn goes. i was gonna check for blown fuses but i can't find the fuse box. and it is starting to get cold out so i need to get the climate controll fixed.

well, i found the fuse block, but i'm still not sure that it was the main fuse block, it had about 6 or 8 relays and listed 8 places for fuses but it only acyually had 3 fuses in it. i do not think that a fuse is the problem though, because i still get power to the radio, and to terminals B,J, and 10 on the climate controll box. and also the radio doesn't just not work, it plays static , i can controll the volume bass and trebel but cannot change the channel, and i get no display. does anyone have the wiring schematic for this car. if so, it would help me a lot

there is a fuse block below the dashboard, and one in the engine bay, I believe.
