I don't know if anyone is interested, but I've decided to move on from my 91 GT. It's been my baby, so first choice of recipient would be another celica enthusiast.
2.2ltr, 5spd, 15" alloys, PW/PS/PL/AC/Cruise/Power tilt/slide sunroof all still work, cheapass MP3 CD player with LCD display issues, but plays fine.
It's in Albuquerque, NM, but I have absolutely no doubt it would get you to whatever part of the continent you needed to get it to.
Still runs pretty much like new. 176600 miles, grey paint in good condition, I still need to clay and buff since I redid the clearcoat.
Put some new Yokohama AVS ES100s on about 2 months ago, rotated at the 1 month line. New plugs and wires, is all set for cone intake (Has a cone intake on it now but its a paper filter element, it was an emergency when I punched a hole in the last one)
Clutch is about 2 yrs old, redid brake pads/shoes about 10k ago
Known Issues:
-Temp gauge doesn't read
-Rear wiper doesn't work (Seems the motor has come loose, it wiggles rythmically but doesn't turn the blade)
-Crack below eye level in windshield
-Torn seam on the back seat
-Front passenger seatbelt doesn't retract
-2 dings in the body, I'll have pictures up soon
-Leaks a little power steering fluid, I just keep a bottle and top it off every so often
...I think that's it.
Anyway, I'm hoping to get about $4,000 for it to absorb some of the shock my pocketbook took recently.
So, yeah, pictures at www.cybermesa.com/~jtfisher/Celica.htm.
