Explorer FLOOR console wiring?

Anybody know how to hook up the wiring for the blower motor that's under the console.I have all the oem wiring that came with console but there seems to be a relay?/therastat?/ & a white plastic piece? with wires coming out. I was hoping to be able to tap into a few wires so that the blower speed control would work. Any help would be greatly appreciated - I'm no electrian. Thanks
