Roof rack wind noise

Does anyone know how to fix the wind noise caused from the wind deflector vibrating against the roof? It sounds like a "clicking" noise (very irritating). My old Xterra only did this once in a while at speeds over 70mph. My new 2003 now does it at 20mph.

Weird, I thought the 02+ style would be immune to this...

a little weather stripping should help ya.
