ITR and CTR exhaust cams are exactly the same, 2001 USDM ITR intake cam is also the same specs as the CTR intake cam.
They can be obtained all over the place for reasonably cheap.. The only thing thats held me back from doing that so far, is the added costs ontop of buying the cams.
You'll need to get new valve springs (from the ITR or CTR), and retainers.. Then if you want to make full use of the cams you're gonna need to get your ECU chipped so you can rev higher and make use of the bigger cams.
If you're actually going to turbo it, I wouldn't even waste money on the cams.. Spend your money on parts that will help the turbo produce more power instead of wasting a bunch of cash for 8-9 hp.. Look into a bigger exhaust, bigger intercooler, etc..

Well right now i have jdm b16 dc 4-1 headers 2 1/4 pipe no cat and intake. Im looking on doing cams(i heard gsr cams are wonderful for turbo apps) Maybe some diff pistons something a lil stronger to withhold the boost... an 8 psi turbo kit, decent cooler. Any other suggestions for future turbo...? Also i was lookin into getting a JG intake manifold and throttle body...

Intake manifold and TB would proabably be a better next step. Unless you have the money to tune the new ITR/CTR cams, then thats your call.
Lots of people do chose to use GSR cams.. You can use the B16 springs and retainers, they're really cheap to pic up, and they're a bit more agressive than B16 cams. (Apparently, 1st gen B16 cams are also the weakest cams of all B16As, 2nd gen and up are supposedly more agressive)
I would go with GSR cams and an ITR intake manifold if I were going to be boosting.

Yep, get both..
If you check local webboards for your area you should be able to find a set for really cheap.. I see them all the time on ClubSi in the Forsale - Canada forum (I'm Canadian) for $75-100.. Thats like 50 or 60 American dollars. :)

the ITR intake manifold is made for high NA power output, as well as the type r cams. If you are going turbo, then either get aftermarket turbo cams, or some adjustable cam sprockets and dial out your overlap on your stock b16 cams.
Also, for NA, just get aftermarket cams. they are more aggressive than type r's anyways.
