1990 750iL

I recently stumbled upon a '90 750iL while I was test driving a '90 325i. The 325i is going for 3000, it has 200K and the engine was rebuilt along with two new wheels and tires, new cylinder head and some other work. I'm not sure how much the 750 is going for but I am wondering what I should expect. Anyone have an opinion on which car I should get. The 325 is in better condition.
