Cant We All Just Get Along?

ok, all of honda guys need to relax when you see post by mustang owners in your forum. first of all it says all enthusiasts are welcome here so technically its not "your" forum. but i come here for a number of reasons, i am very open minded and interested in learning new information on imports. i realise they do have potential but cars are always a personal preference. to tell you the truth i dont know the difference between a b16 a or d or h22 or whatever you guys run but you probably dont know differences between 351 windsor and cleveland or pontiac 350 vs chevy 350 or big block or small block 366 but what i am trying to say is people should be more respectful of other enthusiasts because this world would suck if we all drove the same kind of cars. (like in the movie Drowning Mona everybody drove Yugos lol)

I agree. I just don't like it when ANYBODY domestic or import comes in and says my cars faster than yours blah blah blah.... and my cars better at this blah blah blah... and don't even have a clue what the hell they are talkin about. (nevermind the piss on domestics in my sig. I actually made it from a piss on honda in the ford forrum.)

Respect is earned - not given by default. When people come to the board and act rationally everythings cool. If they act like a dickhead then they will be treated as one.

Its all about having some fun.

first of all this is not the place to try to justify why you think it is ok for mustang drivers to come in here and blah blah. no, this is the "street/track racing stories" section, not the "why it should be ok for me to come in here" section. also note, other people besides honda drivers have been in here all the time and it has been just fine. why? value of posts.

and don't come in here making assumptions about people not knowing about v8's just because we drive imports does not mean we close our eyes to the rest of the automotive world
