All motor setup trying to push 200hp

i want an all motor setup and i want to be close to 200hp anyone got any suggestions on a way to do so on a 93 integrs gs-r? like..camshafts,i/h/e/cam gears etc.

so wat ur saying is by getting cam gears and new cam shafts and a new manifold i could get almost 15hp

i/h/e jg edelbrock intake manifold and hondata got me to 188whp
138tq so add some new camshafts and you'll get your 200whp
by the way i got a 98'b18c1 in a civ hb

what im in the middle of doin to try to push that horsepower and maybe a little more mainly has to do with just the flow and mixture in my engine. im goin with a skunk 2 intake manifold, skunk 2 exhaust, aem cai, hondata, rc injectors, dc sports header and hopefully crane cams. all that will cost me a pretty penny and already has cause im a good ways into it already. i think it should put me at the 200 bar or maybe a little over. hope this has helped you. :smokin:
