is this a good deal?

hey guys, my lady's dad's friend is selling his 97 dakota. he was gonna sell it for 15k but to me he will sell it for 13k. the truck only has 18,000 miles on it, totally clean, air bag suspension. it is a v-8 (i guess the 5.2 liter cuz it isnt the rt). also this guy has his own mechanic shop so i figure if i have any problems he could help me out a lot. do you guys think its a good deal for $13,000?

Why would you spend 15K or even 13K on a 97 that's 7 years old, and with 18,000 miles, when you can get something brand new for 4K more......Or are you buying it for the sirbag suspension. Tell me more about the airbag suspension. My brother has a 99 Dakota bodydropped 3.5", full air-ride suspension with electric valves, the whole nine, tell me more about the air ride suspension.

sorry there's more on it. the guy selling it has a ton of mopar parts and mods including headers, computer and exhaust. i dont know that much about the air bag suspension but i looked at it today and its super clean. im pretty positive im gonna get it.
