Hey everyone......Well I just purchased my first house and to help me out my father is giving me his 1995 Yukon 4 door SLT with 150k miles on it. It is in pretty good shape other then some dings in the hood from a hail storm. He has never beaten it and gotten more then the normal servicing always on the entire truck.
I was looking to possibly beef it up in the HP TQ department without spending too much loot. I am giving up my 2001 Acura CL-Type S in a few months due to end of lease and the yukon is all I will have. Are there any good mods for a 1995 Yukon??
Cold Air Induction System?
Hypertech or similar chip?
Exhaust systems/headers?
I have found a few sway bar parts for the handling since the boat feeling will be hard to get used to. Any help and pointing me to the right websites would be most appreciated.
Thanks!

i have a 95 yukon too and i spend most of my time on the internet shopping around for different mods. i haven't done a whole lot cause there are so many choices and i don't want to buy something without knowing everything i can about it and reading reviews but for a good variety of parts broken down into each make/model/year/engine go to truckperformance.com...i would suggest getting a volant air intake or a k&n fipk kit...they cost about the same i think. there aren't too many chips or programmers out there for the 95 and lower chevy's and gmc but u can try a jet chip or the venom 400 module (i think thats the name) but the venom has some pretty bad reviews. most exhaust systems are only going to help you out from the catalytic converter on back and there aren't really many true dual/dual exhaust systems out there for the yukon but gibson and flowmaster have a few you might want to look at...if u have the money (about $1500) the Banks powerpack or stinger systems would be the way to go...powerpack includes 3" stainless steel exhaust, nice looking chrome tip, some of the best headers you can buy, dynaflow muffler and a ram air kit. check out gibson and jba for headers if you don't want to spend as much on headers...o yeah and i wouldn't buy anything off of truckperformance until you have shopped around some. there prices are pretty high sometimes but its a good place to fine part #'s, brand names, ect
