They (Dodge and Mitsu) aren't going to produce any more atleast not any time soon. They have no reason to. At the time they came out they were way ahead of their time; think about how many new cars are coming out with the same features we have. But now, both companies have other things on their plates. They have other very good selling sports cars so there really isn't a reason to produce a car that would only create more competition from within. Besides, if they did it would make them so much less rare. We don't want them ending up like Mustangs...everyone and their grandmother has one.

i doubt that mitsubishi would make a new 3000gt cause they have the lancer evo 8 and if they made a new gt it would probably come out to the same price range and companies usually try not to have the same kind of car near the same price...

nope their not making them anymore. another reason why is because their really pricey adn parts arent exactly the cheepest.

I hate to burst your bubble, but these cars are insanely cheep for their performance and class. Look at the prices of is competitors. Check out a 3000gt on autotrader, then go check out a 300zx, rx7, supra, and corvette. The part are expencive because the car is lower production than many other cars out there, and its an import. However the parts are still cheeper than supra stuff, or other high end import stuff for that matter.
