shortshifter hits header

I put in my aftermarket header on my 93ls today and it slightly pushed up the catback exhaust so that whenever i shift or hit even the smallest bump my shortshifter scrapes the piping. I know that the shortshifter is lower than the stock so i called an acura dealer to see the price on a stock shifter of course it was 70$ i looked on ebay and couldnt find one either... any ideas on what i should do to fix this problem........ thanks.

bend the exhaust out of the way
