I have a 2000 cavalier coupe. Now I have seat covers from my previous car that i want to use on the cavalier. But I can't take off that stupid belt thing. I know you have to remove the head rests first, but I tried and was unsuccessful. I put the covers on with the holders still there, and it looks completely stupid. Is there any way I could remove them without having to saw the dam things out???

I saw one of those seat belt holders for sale on ebay so it must be possible somehow to take it off. I will go look again for item # and get back to you

no, i found a way, if you look at the bottom of the seat at the back, there is some holder that you can actually detach to get inside the seat. once you found this and detach it, the rest will be easy, just work yourself up
