The Direct Power System page (http://www.automotiveforums.com/dps.php) has been updated with feature articles from Car Boy, Rev Speed, and Auto Mechanic - very popular performance magazines in Japan.

Full translations of the Japanese text are coming soon.

Car Boy [View Article (http://www.automotiveforums.com/dps/carboy01.html)] observed an 8hp increase in horsepower when the Toyota Supra TT was equipped with DPS Version 1, which is very outdated comparing to the new Metal Plus Version.

Rev Speed [View Article (http://www.automotiveforums.com/dps/rev01.html)] saw a 2.6ps (2.56hp) gain on a Honda Civic with DPS Version 1.

DPS Version 1 was designed to increase torque at lower RPM ranges. It is no longer produced in Japan.

The new Metal Plus version is much more effective throughout the RPM band, increasing both torque and top-end power.
