Wiper Problem

Hi
My Wiper on the driver side goes out of the winshield range and returns. Could someone let me know why this happens.
Also when I switch of the wiper it does not completely return to the end postion.
Hope to hear of some solution.

Sounds like the wiper arm is not positioned on the pivot correctly. It may be loose, need tightening, etc.
