Rear wheel creaking sound

I have a 1996 200SX SE-R that I use for my winter vehicle. When ever I step on the brakes to slow down there is a rubber creaking sound. I have replaced, the rotors, pads, slide pins, struts and all rubber parts in the struts. It seems to go away when it get's wet. Anybody else have any similar problems?
