Swaping 3.1 with multiport!

HI!
I have a V6 3.1 in my corsica right now and it needs to be replaced. So i got a beretta with a V6 3.1 multiport to swap for corsica. Since the beretta engine is already out with dropped subframe, now i have to figure out how to take my corsica engine out. I don't wanna mess with the tranny and just take the engine out without the subframe. But im not sure if it will come off the tranny. What should i do. Please Help!
*And another thing is are the sensors alike or not since they are both chevys!*
