Cold Start Problems

Hi!, i have a 97 GTP, and i start having problems with cold start only!, my car dont turn off when i ride, what happend?, can anyone help me with this?, in the mornings its hard to start, three o four or five times to start!, this occurs only in the morning or midnight when is too cold!
