91 DX worthy of swapp?

ive been told by a few ppl that the dx models are not the best for a swapp, some ppl have said that they make a mounting kit for it, but ive also herd that ill have to go from daul point to multi point fuel injection, wouldnt that change anyways if i got a new motor? is it worth going through all tha with a dx? please hit me back :feedback:

I've done it a couple of times. The dx's are great cars, but need some suspension upgrades to really handle well. If you want to swap out, you will have to change to mpfi, but it's not that hard of a rewire, and you'll need a new ecu. If you do a b -series swap, you'll need a new ecu anway, even if you had an si. i say swap it. you'll notice a ton of hp gain immediately and you'll like your car better!

You are lucky you have the DX... I have the STD and it has even less hp than the DX and a few other things missing like the rear wiper and a tach.

But I had a d16y8 swapped in with a crx si tranny and whoa! What a difference! It is definately worth doing a swap... It is so much more fun to drive.

But definately install a new suspension.. I went with H&R sports and kybgr2's for a decent drop, nothing to crazy but it handles alot better.

I shaved my rear wiper and added an Si cluster. GSR is cluster is comming next week though. ;)
