ok here is the deal i have a first gen b16a in my 1990 crx and my car will take a little bit to turn over and when you go to give it gas it sputters.
i just changed the plugs and wires what else can it be?? ecu is not coding

Did you hook the wires up in the correct order?

yeah i know the order and i double checked with the book

if it sputters when you hit the gass, then you might need to replace your fuel filter, which cost around 15 bucks

changed it still sputtering and when i go to rev it up it either stalls or almost stalls

Maybe your cat is plugged.
