or

1 Kicker solobaric L7 15 with a jdl 1000 watt amp?

for the money you could get better, but if i had to choose between the two, i would go with the rockford fosgate setup.
but for the same money or less you could get two adire shiva's or two elemental designs, and you could use either one of the amps you listed.
either one of those setups that i recomended would be better than rockford fosgate's or kickers.

the fosgate and amp setup i can get for 560 and the kicker and the 1000 watt amp i can get for 550
