DTM Exhaust fitting

Just wondering if anyone out there with a '99+ G20 has installed a DTM style muffler?? It looks to me that if I were to install, I would have to somehow tweak the rear bumper, as the exhaust cut-out isn't scoped to fit the dual output of the DTM. I've seen some of the newer G20's, with a wider (not so circular) cut-out for the exhaust. I'm guessing a DTM would fit those bumpers no problem....thanks for any info.

I think the g20 in 2000 had a stock dual tip exhaust. That may be why you see some G's with a wider groove for exhaust
