I hate being tired.

I am so tired, why cant I just always be awake. :(

While it may sound silly, but don't laugh until you try it. Since father time is creaping up on me slowly and has that wonderful since of humor. I have resorted to multi-vitamins. Man they work !
It will take a week or so to get going but the results were amazing! Now I can keep up with you younger guys and get by on 5 hrs of sleep on a regular basis :cool:

I agree, multi-vitamins have worked for me too. I am young, but my schedule is screwy with me having to work random night shifts as a technician, and school during the weekdays.

Mulit-Vitamins have helped me get on my feet and stay there, If you are serious about being real tired alot, I suggest getting the vitamins and trying them for a month. I bet you will notice a difference.

Hummer out of couriosty which brand do you use? Here in New Zealand there is one that specially formualted for Men. The woman have their own as well. I take the natural one, but man those pills are big enough to nearly gag a horse hahaha

I dont use any that are specially formulated. I use "Natrol Multi-Vitamins". They are probably not the best, but I have noticed a slight improvement in vitality since I have been taking them.

They are readily availible at a store near my house, and are fairly cheap.

I was using a multivitamin pack (had like 8 pills in it)for a few months and I've been doing good, but the last 3 days my stomach has been getting nauseated after taking them...so maybe its time to change brands. I dunno why they would all of a sudden do that to me :(

sorry guys but college is all about never sleeping, i get like 4 hours a nite during the week, never never never take calc 2, statics, physics 2 and chem 1 in the same semester its a bad idea.....oh yeah and just sleep all weekend like i do:D

I hate being tired...especially when I know I cant go to sleep.

I feel really sleepy right now. We just had a work BBQ and I ate too much and now I feel like I could just fall asleep at my computer!

Yeah, i hate when im tired too, its usually when i have a trig test to fail, oh well, i have all next year to make up for it and maybe get into a decent college, lol.

yeah, i have a spanish project that i should be doing....

Im too tired today. I think ill call it a day early today and get a nap this afternoon. Staying awake until 2am chatting on MSN was not a good idea. It woudnt have been too bad but I had to get up at 6am, so im a bit low on sleep. The only thing that is keeping me awake is the occasional hottie that walks past where im "working" on my essay.

Conclusion: Staying up wasnt worth it, im a hurting unit today.

I get especially tired playing basketball nowadays.... maybe i'm just getting old :(
