headlights askew

Hey all, quick question.........I've changed my headlight bulbs numerous times and adjusted the beam height and left/right shine angle but they work their way out of adjustment quite often. Any suggestions on how to keep my beams pointed at the road and off the sky for more than a couple weeks? Thanks for any input.
