2000 model Elantra GLS 2.0 litre Auto, WHICH OIL??

We recently purchased a 2.0 litre Elantra Auto as a second car and I am a little confused as to which oil to use when the time comes around, the manual specifies 20W-40 or 20W-50 which I believe is for older cars, the engine is rated at 105kws and the ambient temp never gets below 0-1 degrees celsius and no hotter than 30 deg celcius in the summer, can anyone advise me please?

Many thanks,

Dusty

10w30 is always a good choice with betas. 20w40 is a lil thick... esp at startup.
