need help with alternator

hi
i got 90 talon tsi with couple modification on it
last month and half im having trouble with the alternator
Iv changed 3 of them ,mechanics dont know what it is they telling me to change mafsensor but senosr is new when i put new alternator car runs god for about 2 weeks and than just die long with mine batteris
so if someone know what could be problem let me know

i had the same problem about 3 months ago. the alternator died. i checked the volts and it measured fine, but the car would not start without a charger on the battery. i changed 3 alternators and still, the car would not start. i next decided to just buy a new battery and try that. this worked, i guess when the alternator took a piss, it ruined the battery. try and buy a new battery (maybe a cheepo just to see if it works) and see if your problem is solved.
