This is a 1996-2000 minivan. Note the location of the lift-gate release latch on the tail. The RS model has the release latch located under the edge of the licence plate light bar. The grille is also smaller and more pronounced than the one is your photos. While the customizing and appearance is nice, the tail-lights are styled after a Ford Windstar.
