Need help, hood won't open

Ok, to keep the story short, my hood doesn't pop open when I pull the lever in the car, and I need to open my hood. So I'm asking anyone who knows how to pop the hood open from the outside to PM me and tell me how. Make sure it's a PM, or hit me up on AIM (MarctheDrifter). Don't want any potential thieves reading how to open hoods.

My hood has the stock latch on it right now because my one pin is broken off.. So when someone is pulling the lever inside the car, someone has to give a quick hard push down ontop of the hood at the front to get it to pop.

Well, I tried that, and it didn't work. It feels like the lever isn't doing anything at all. Thanks for the advice though.

Does it just feel limp? See, when you pull mine it goes tighter and tighter like its going to pop, but it never gets that far, so it need a bump.

It probably broke near the latch on the hood.

Remove the front bumper to open the hood & inspect the latch & cable.
