I bought mine for 650 with the ecu shipped to a buisness. "The D15B has 130ps and 87ps/l tq. which is actually more than the 190ps version of the H22A used on the previous generation Accord SiR" Here is the best page I have found on it. http://asia.vtec.net/article/d15b/

Yeah but I had a budget to get my motor with. A very small budjet. But after turbo a B16 won't look so good.

I just unwraped my motor and it looks different than yours. It's stamped D15B but it has a silver valve cover and there is something missing off of the throttlebody. and there was an a/c compressor with it and some other part just sitting on top of the motor. I got some pics but i'll have to post them later.

$435 plus shipping to my door step from hmotorsonline.com.

I have the $ to get the full B16A swap just like Ami, but what I decided to do was get this one and have it in for a while, then I'm going to either go ahead and order a B16B or GSR long block and try to find a 1st generation USDM GSR transmission in good condition... at which point with the B16B I'll be building up an NA motor... or with a GSR I'll be building for turbo... either project will be in the works for AT LEAST a year.

Something I'm curious about though... what do you think I'll need to ask for when buying a new water pump for it? And what timing belt would work for it... 5th Gen Civic VX timing belt perhaps?

I've already got an Si intake manifold, ECU, and distributor laying around waiting for me to use them... or I know where I can pick up a p28 for cheap if I wanted to convert over to OBD1 (which I might do just to ease swaps in the future) , so I didn't get the ECU.

so for those of you that have finished the d15b swap, what are you opinions on this swap, are you happy with it? i might be doing the same swap in a few months, thinking d15b motor, build it up, si tranny, and like a pg-6 ecu... then slap on a turbo.

I actually don't intend to finish my swap for a while... due to my job, until after the holiday season I have next to NO spare time to work on my car... besides the fact that I'm trying to do 20 different things at once when working on my car.
I'll be taking some time off in January though to get it finished... will let you know when I do.
