ECU Code P1335 ?

Has anyone on the board ever seen this before??

My 95 Maxima GLE is throwing a P1335 code...for which I have conflicting data. The code reader reports an engine misfire, but other code tables reveal a crankshaft position sensor malfunction. What can cause the CPS code? Could the starter be defective? Is the cause either of these, or could it be something else?
