2000 Blazer Keyless entry

I have read through every thread I can find, but have not been able to solve my installations questions. I recently purchased a 2000 Blazer LS. I also purchased the keyless entry system which included the receiver 15732806, and two transmitters GM/UTA 15732805 (K0BUT1BT). I found under the dash where to install the receiver, and have installed new batteries into the transmitters, but have not been able to get the system to work (following instructions from this site). My DLC has the following wire pattern 2)Purple 4)Black 5)Black\White 13)Orange 16) Orange.

I Appologize if this post is incorrect, this is my first time, and I am hoping that someone can help. Thanks!

2002 Blazer remotes will not work for a 99 Cavalier - they are not interchangeable.

The 2002 Blazer uses:

FCC: KOBLEAR1XT
Canada: 3521 102 1718
Part # 15043458

The 1999 Cavalier uses a different remote, found here:
