2.5 or 3 inch for turbo?

I was reading a thread about a n/t, most people recommended no bigger than a 3 inch. But, I have an eclipse turbo so would 3 inch piping be about right. my first thread. thanks for any help.

well if you dont ever plan on upgrading your turbo on the spyder, 2.5" will work fine for the t-25. but if you have plans for your car i would go with 3". it can flow any cfm turbo you put on the car. check out www.vfaq.com for some do it yourself help on building a car. or go to www.roadraceengineering.com or www.buschurracing.com. both sell exhausts for our cars. hope that helps. :thumbsup:

i would go with 3in.. you dont need the back pressure a n/t does so 3 would be fine.

yea 3' is the best.. also you might want to port the elbo also to free up as much back pressure as possible..
