Does anybody know what is the cause for P1607 trouble code? Where should I look at? Any information about repair will be very helpful.
Thanks.

Do you know what it really stands for?
P1607
Powertrain Control Module Internal Circuit Failure A.
Circuit failure (especially if its intermittant (on and off)) generally means that a plug just came loose, or a wire is old and corroded. You really need a car electrical shemiatic to figure out where you should be checking.
The "A series" is related to different systems in all different hondas, so thers no way I can lead you, Although I can tell you that they are almost completely enveloped in the engine compartment. So a through check of the wires and connectors in your engine compartment might prove beneficial. Anything loose, disconnected, or corroded could be the problem.
