Average price for 88 RX-7

Would i be able to get around $3000 for a 88 RX-7 with a good body, glossy paint and no rust. Very clean interior, all pieces functional execpt sunroof. 117k miles, new exhuast and rebuilt motor. Also it's a 5 speed. Let me know what i should expect to get out of it. How well do these cars sell ? Are there many people in the market for these ? Thanks.
