DRLs

I have a 2000 Blazer ZR2 in which my low beams come on during the day instead of my high beams at the lower wattage like I see on all the other ZR2's (S-10 & Blazer). I am wondering if there is a way to get it so that my high beam DRLs come on instead of the low beam because I go through a set of low beam bulbs about every 1-2 months. I do not want to disconnect my DRLs but just want them to be on the high beam DRLs like the other Blazers. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

ok well if no one is sure how to switch between low beam drl's to high beam drl's, does anyone know how to disconnect the low beam drl's altogether but would prefer to keep the automatic headlamp feature, where they come on by them selves at night. any suggestions are very welcome. thank you for any help that you can provide

Did you ever find a way to switch your DRLs to Highbeam? I'm looking to do the same thing. I'm not sure what year the blazer swithced over from the High to Low DRLs but I'm curious if you could replace some electrical relays off an older blazer into a new one?
