fog light question

I have a 2002 Toyota 4runner SR5. It has the harness for the fog lights at the front bumper but I can't seem to find the wires for the switch at the dash. Any help?

i have the same issue. I would just try to follow the wires from you engine bay to see where the poke throught the firewall and try to trace them that way..... if the harness is there, thier has to be some lose wires somewhere. :smile:

You have a point. I just didn't want to poke around under the dash for 1/2 a day looking for the damn wires. Thanks.

:smokin: I installed fog lights and ran my own wires. Easier that way. Purchased an OE switch from the dealer for one of the holes on the dash, ran the relay power off of the running lights so I can't leave the fog's on and life is good! Besides, if you want to run fog's off the factory wiring I am pretty sure you have to have the fog light switch on the light "stalk" off your stering wheel....and that was too much money for me! Good luck!

The other end to the fog light harness is in the sterring wheel column....unless your really good I do not suggest ripping that apart.
