Heater

I have an 88 CRX si and i just bought a new temperature Control unit off e-bay ( you know the thing that controls your heat, cool air, and defrost settings), and everything seems to work but the fan. The fan won't blow any air out or anything! What could be wrong? and i already tried a fuse. Please help me out cuz i'm cold as hell!
