How do I get my power wire from my battery to my trunk?

I pulled back my carpet to look under the dash for possible place to poke through the firwall to the battery but I can't find anywhere to run the wire.

Any ideas?

on the drivers side under the dash look for a place you see all the wires dissapearing through the fire wall. try to go through there. thats where i ran mine.

On my 2000 civic, I just found an empty rubber piece thats on the firewall, under the hood that was on the drivers side (since there is alot of crap on the passanger side, like blower, a/c). I put a small hole in it using a knife, stuck the wire right through, and looked under the dash for where it came out, and ran it from there.

i ended up having to drill through the firewall on my acura 3.5 RL, which ended up being darn easy, so if you can't find an existing grommet to patch it through, get out your power tools, lubricate that bit, and drill that sucker through!

Here are some photos of what I have to deal with for poking through the firewall. These are from driver's side under the dash.

I see two possible options:

#1 There is a blue plastic cap that has a hole approximately the size of 10 gauge wire. This is behind the brake pedal

or

#2 There are two circular white plastic pices a bit bigger than a quarter up and to the right of the gas pedal and behin the A/C unit

Any ideas if either of these will get me through the firewall?
