If he actually has 350 hp it looks like he is gonna win, but then again knowing highschool kids, most of them talk shit. Then again he could be completely honest and kick your ass.

Are you sure he said he has 350 hp? or a 350cid engine?
That's the biggest clue we need to accurately help you out.

yea you never know for sure, sometimes people estimate how much hp they have, or by how much power those aftermarket parts will approx. give. i knew this kid in high school that said he had nitrous in his 69 or something chevy nova, and everyone believed him. no one seemed to have the chance to look under the hood of his car for weeks, till one day my bro got the chance to look at it, and found out he was lying, so you never know.

No offense, but could you please use periods and punctuation. Also, can you use complete words like: know, true. Okay, the complete words don't matter all that much. But atleast use punctuation. Your in high school, and can drive, so i'm assuming your over 16. You should be able to make complete, proper sentences. I usually skip over people who find it to hard to press a period once and a while.
Are they stick or not? I guess that doesn't matter. My money is on the Monte.
